Celebrating Our Classes of 2026

It has been a time of celebration and reflection as we said farewell to our incredible Year 11 students across Omega Multi-Academy Trust high schools.
The Trust is immensely proud of everything our Year 11 students have accomplished and wishes each and every one of them the very best as they take their next steps, whether continuing in education, training or employment.
At Great Sankey High School, Year 11 students were welcomed back for their Leavers' Assembly, marking the end of five years of hard work, dedication and unforgettable memories.
With all exams now complete, students enjoyed time together signing shirts, taking photos and catching up with friends and teachers. As part of the day, there were refreshments for everyone, sports activities and, of course, a well-earned ice cream!
A special highlight of the afternoon was the Guard of Honour from our KS3 students, who applauded Year 11 as they made their way to their final assembly. The assembly itself was a chance to reflect on their journey, celebrate achievements and look ahead to the exciting opportunities that await them.
Alsop High School said a fond farewell to their Year 11 students at their Leavers' Assembly.
The morning began with a breakfast buffet, where students enjoyed hot sandwiches and sweet treats together before heading into the main hall for a celebration assembly.
Mr Kerfoot, Mr Mee, Mrs Dennis and Miss O'Leary shared reflections and good wishes as they looked back on the many achievements, memories and friendships that have shaped this year group during their time with us.
Good luck, Class of 2026 – we look forward to celebrating your successes again on Results Day!
