Continuing our Commitment During Neurodiversity Celebration Week

This Neurodiversity Celebration Week, Omega Multi-Academy Trust is putting awareness into action as it continues with its commitment to providing high-quality inclusive education.
Neurodiversity Celebration Week highlights the strengths and talents of people who think and learn differently and celebrates our unique strengths and differences.
During the week, members of staff from across the Trust are taking part in training sessions with the Neuroinclusive Education Network (NEN) as part of the Trust’s two-year commitment to its Work-Based CPD Programme. By engaging in this nationally recognised training, colleagues are showing their commitment to providing high-quality inclusive education, enhancing autism awareness and implementing best practice to support all pupils.
Participation in the two-year Work-Based CPD Programme will promote a school-wide culture of autism acceptance and inclusion, as colleagues learn effective strategies to support each individual’s needs in the classroom, simultaneously enhancing inclusive practice for the benefit of all students.
This investment in NEN’s programme reflects the Trust’s ongoing commitment to creating an environment where all children feel known, valued and supported.
